I grew up in Kansas City. I would describe Kansas City a growing city that holds onto its midwestern vibe. The biggest influence on me growing up was my grandpa and a couple of my coaches I had. A few of the biggest lessons I learned were the value of hard work, the importance of family and that you are only as good as your word. My family reinforced this, and sports were a place for me to work on these practically. I grew up in a competitive environment playing sports my whole life and continued playing football at Ottawa University while studying Accounting. After finishing my undergrad, I enrolled at Avila University and completed their MBA program.
