Before coming to Inceed, I was a middle school teacher for five years. I taught English, Science, and Gifted Education during that time. I loved my students and teaching itself, but I struggled with a lot of the behind-the-scenes aspects of teaching. Eventually, the burnout kicked in full-force, and I knew it was time to make a career change. I knew I wanted to be a recruiter, and when I found Inceed, it seemed like the obvious right choice. From my very first conversation, I knew that Inceed was where I wanted to be. They had the company culture I was seeking as well as the opportunities for growth as I progressed in my career.
