When I am not working, I love to go to the gym. Not only is it stress-relieving, but it has also improved my confidence and instilled discipline in me. I have always been active, however, I really started prioritizing my mental health after the pandemic. My goal now that I have started working a full-time job is to stay consistent and continue working out 5 days a week, getting stronger by challenging myself every day. Exercising requires proper nutrition because fueling my body with food that gives me energy also promotes productivity. On top of working out, I enjoy crafting, painting, coloring, and I even started finger weaving blankets. Overall, I hope to incorporate both hobbies and healthy habits into my everyday life because it provides me balance.
