I grew up in Newcastle, Oklahoma, a town just south of OKC. Growing up in a small town with a big household (we call ourselves the Big 6) was a blast, I spent most days outside exploring with my siblings. I was raised to love God, protect family, and go out of the way for the things I’m passionate about.

For me, being a part of a small school system meant networking and leadership was a conversation away- farmers love to chit chat. I was able to lead in my school and community through class office and social media involvement. In 2020, with COVID on the rise, I was given the opportunity to plan my high school graduation for my class of 145 students after it was cancelled a week prior. I was able to raise thousands of dollars in Newcastle and led a successful 800 person, COVID sensitive event. All of this was possible because of the leadership and networking experience I gained from my time in Newcastle.

After graduating as valedictorian and class president, I moved to Edmond to attend Oklahoma Christian University. While there, I was highly involved on campus. I joined Lambda Chi Zeta, where I was elected as rush director and then as vice president. My lambda sisters and I won numerous awards, competitions, and intramural championships during my time at OC. I graduated with a dual degree in April 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Leadership with a minor in Spanish and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership.
