Marci and the team were incredible! I am plenty familiar with the 3rd party roles over the years and this is by far the best and most professional experience I have had. Being in the IT field is stressful enough, but Marci made the entire hiring process very simple, fast and painfree. She kept me in the loop the entire hiring time and checked on me for my feedback regularly with the best part being the position she found for me. I have been here for about a month now and I couldn't be happier with my new team and company as a whole. Working as a contractor has been a very positive experience for me.  What makes Inceed stand above their competition is their willingness to help even after my contract ended and I became a full time employee with the client company.  When I needed help tracking down tax information, Andra Eve worked with Inceed's internal staff and solved the issue.  She has helped me with other issues well.  The tax issue is just the latest.  Inceed has been very professional and  I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a full time on contract IT position.
