I grew up in Davie, Florida, until I was eight years old, then moved to Arvada, Colorado. Arvada is a very outdoorsy place, which has shaped who I am now. My parents were my biggest influence growing up, and one of the greatest lessons they instilled in me was to take it day by day and persevere through challenges. I currently attend CU Boulder, where I’m studying marketing and management, and I’m involved in Women in Business and Boulder Freeride on campus. I have a younger brother and sister — my sister attends CU Boulder and my brother is still in high school and loves to play soccer.
