Braden Beaty

Account Manager - Dallas, TX.

For me, the Inceed journey began in our Houston branch. It was my first job after graduating college and I, like so many other young professionals, remember walking into it “knowing” so much. In retrospect, I knew very little. Inceed was my launch pad for learning and growth.

I’ve grown immensely since then. However, even to this day, I still lean subconcioously towards being a perfectionist and appearing like I have the answers… have it together. I like to be in control of how I am perceived. Luckily, very luckily, I work for a company that embraces coaching in all areas of a person. Not JUST professional. This perfectionistic part of myself was stripped back over time. The leadership at Inceed has helped expose areas of myself and my work that greatly needed improvement. And it’s not only the company, the higher ups, but all the people, with boots on the ground, doing their daily job, who never fail to take the time to coach when necessary.

I would not have had the opportunity to be a leader in our Dallas branch, where I am today, if it weren’t for the selfless actions of my core team. The Houston branch, led by Andi Minatrea, gave me the opportunity to be coached by the very best people in our company, who are now leaders across all of Inceed. I am grateful beyond words for the experience I was able to gain with Andi and our team in Houston. It’s an inner gut feeling of gratitude that’s almost cosmic.

All that to be said, we are all a work in progress, no matter if we like it or not, there is always growth to be had and we must lean into that to find success.
