My mom, dad, grandma and grandpa are the pillars in my life. Being the first-generation college graduate in my family was very important. My mom and dad were young parents who continuously worked to provide my younger brother and I with great childhood experiences. We went on several family vacations and had the opportunity to be part of various sporting leagues, and clubs. While my parents worked full time, my brother and I had the luxury to have my grandma and grandpa take care of us. At the young age of 9, my grandpa quit school to help provide for his mom, sisters and brothers. My grandma had 9 brothers and sisters and had to help with the family household.
