The people we communicate with are putting their trust in us. A career change is huge so it can be vulnerable and challenging. So, when it comes to people, I really value being empathetic and being able to relate on some level. I want to show them that they can trust me. Being real and authentic. Being consistent in my communication. And just being intentional with each individual person. That’s what’s most important to me when it comes to the people in my life and the relationships I have.
